Payment and Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders $99.00 or more, and a small $10.99 Shipping and Handling charge for orders $98.99 or less.
This service includes UPS ground shipping within the continental U.S. only. Truck shipped items do not qualify for the free shipping promotion, but will be billed to you at the same rate we pay to our freight carrier.
Your order will be processed the same business day it is received and generally shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday.
Delivery generally takes 1 - 5 working days depending on your location. All orders are shipped from Oakdale, CA. Standard shipping is provided by UPS ground or U.S. Priority Mail depending on the item and your location.
If shipping outside the continental U.S. such as to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or military APO destinations, please call for a freight quote, additional shipping charges will be added to your order if necessary.
Three Day, Second Day or Next Day Air shipping is available at an additional cost, please call us for details.

RETURN POLICY
All returns must be authorized by Tide-Rider and require a written return authorization issued by Tide-Rider, Inc. Call our Customer Service Department at 209-848-4420. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of return authorization issue date; otherwise the return will not be eligible for credit. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging. Freight charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or it was shipped incorrectly. Items will be subject to return freight charges and may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. We are not responsible for misuse, customer installation, freight damage or improper storage. The return authorization number must be included in all correspondence and returns.
